Device Description:

1. The equipment operator pours the plastic parts, hexagonal rubber columns, springs, screws, rivets, jacket clips and inner sleeve clips into the corresponding bins of the equipment;

2. The equipment separately screens and aligns the parts to the position to be grasped by means of a vibrating plate;

3. The device grabs the part to be grasped by the gripping claw (or other means) into the corresponding tooling;

4. The device automatically assembles the components in sequence;

5. After the assembly is completed, the components automatically enter the blanking channel and are placed in the holder.
